These are the simple rules for using ETMA Entertainment's games and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Danish law applies.
Acceptance
By downloading or using our games, or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Your licence to use our games
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions (such as the Pip's World family subscription) are sold and managed by Apple or Google through your store account. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellations are governed by the relevant store's terms.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse our games or services, or use them in any unlawful way.
Intellectual property
The games, their characters (including Pip and friends), art, audio and code are owned by ETMA Entertainment and protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
No warranty
Our games and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETMA Entertainment is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or website. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
