ETMA Entertainment makes two games with very different data needs. Pip's World (for children) collects nothing at all. Potion Pour shows ads and uses basic analytics — detailed on its own page.
We never sell your data. You have full rights over any personal data we process, and you can contact a real person at privacy@etma.dk.
Who we are
ETMA Entertainment ("we", "us") is an independent game studio based in Denmark. We are the data controller for the limited personal data processed through our games and this website.

Your rights under the GDPR
Where we process your personal data, EU law gives you the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
- Object to profiling for advertising, and not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (change your ad consent anytime in-app)
Legal bases
For Potion Pour in the EU/EEA, we ask for your consent (via Google's consent form) before any advertising or analytics that stores or reads identifiers on your device. Where we rely on a legitimate interest — such as basic fraud prevention and security — we balance it against your rights. Pip's World processes no personal data, so no legal basis is required.
International transfers
Potion Pour's advertising and analytics provider (Google) may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Pip's World transfers nothing.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Advertising and analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention periods.
Children
Pip's World is designed for children and collects no data. Potion Pour is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of any kids or families programme.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell your personal information for money. To show ads in Potion Pour, we may "share" an advertising identifier with Google for personalised advertising as defined by California law; you can opt out by limiting ad tracking in your device settings or via the in-app ad controls. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children. California residents may exercise their rights by contacting privacy@etma.dk.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the version number and the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate notify you in-app.
